Sheet Pan Sausage and Frozen Veg
Precooked sausage sliced into coins and roasted with frozen vegetables is one of the most honest fast dinners available, with no chopping and one pan to wash.

How to make it
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Slice sausage into coins and spread on a large sheet pan with frozen vegetables.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle garlic powder, and toss to coat.
Roast 22-25 minutes, stirring once halfway, until vegetables have browned edges.
Aidells Italian Style Chicken and Apple sausage is naturally gluten-free and widely available at Costco and most grocery stores. Al Fresco chicken sausage is another reliable pick. For vegetables, a bag of Trader Joe's frozen roasted corn and peppers or any supermarket frozen stir-fry blend works well at high heat. Avoid frozen broccoli here as it tends to go soft rather than caramelized; instead use frozen green beans, diced sweet potato, or bell pepper strips.
To vary it, add a drizzle of mustard or barbecue sauce in the last 5 minutes of roasting. Serve over microwave rice packets for a more filling meal, which keeps the whole thing well under 30 minutes total.
