Oven Chicken Nuggets and Veg
This is the honest shortcut dinner: frozen nuggets and one vegetable on a pan, baked together while you do something else.

How to make it
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Toss broccoli with olive oil and salt.
Spread nuggets and broccoli on a sheet pan in a single layer.
Bake 18-20 minutes until nuggets are golden and broccoli is tender with crisp edges.
The best picks are Costco Kirkland Signature lightly breaded chicken breast chunks (huge bag, genuinely good chicken) or Just Bare chicken nuggets, which taste close to Chick-fil-A and are widely available at Costco and grocery stores. Broccoli florets hold up well at high heat. Baby carrots, halved, or frozen green beans also work fine straight from the bag.
To nudge it healthier, swap half the nuggets for a second vegetable like sliced bell pepper or halved cherry tomatoes added in the last 8 minutes. A small bowl of ranch or honey mustard on the side doubles as dipping entertainment for kids 2 and up.
