Cottage Cheese Fruit Bowl
Scoop, top, done — this is a 3-minute breakfast with more protein than two eggs.

How to make it
Scoop cottage cheese into bowls.
Top with berries and granola.
Drizzle honey over each bowl and serve.
Costco sells a large tub of Good Culture or Daisy cottage cheese that lasts the week. Use whatever berries you have — frozen ones thawed overnight work just as well as fresh. Trader Joe's sells small granola bags that are handy to keep on the counter. Any neutral granola works; skip the honey if the granola is already sweet.
To add more staying power, stir in a tablespoon of chia seeds or hemp hearts. For kids who resist the texture, blend the cottage cheese smooth before scooping — it reads more like yogurt. A sliced banana instead of berries works just as well on a grocery-light day.
