Overview
Rockin' Jump is a full-scale trampoline park with interconnected open jump arenas, dodgeball courts, foam pits, ninja/obstacle courses, and a slam-dunk basketball zone. The San Carlos location (401 Quarry Road) is the primary Peninsula option; Concord (1631 Challenge Drive) serves the East Bay. Note: the former Dublin location has rebranded to Sky Zone at 5875 Arnold Road and operates independently. The park works on 60, 90, or 120-minute timed jump sessions. This is a full-exertion activity — kids who do a solid 90 minutes will have genuinely spent themselves.

How to Do It
San Carlos is the best-positioned location for Peninsula and South Bay families — it's just off Highway 101, with ample parking in the Quarry Road commercial center. Sign the liability waiver online before you arrive to skip the line at the front desk; you need to be 18+ to sign, and one waiver per family. Rockin' Jump socks are required for all jumpers — they cost $3.99 per pair and are reusable, so bring them back if you plan to return. Pick up the socks on your first visit and keep them in your car. Kids 6 and under get the best experience during the ROCKIN' Tots program at the San Carlos location, offered Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., when the main floor is less crowded with older kids and one parent jumps free with the child. Outside of Tots hours, the open jump floor mixes all ages — which works fine for kids 6 and up who can navigate the space confidently, but gets chaotic for smaller kids when it's busy.
Tips & Tricks
Weekday mornings are dramatically quieter than weekend afternoons. If your schedule allows, a Tuesday or Wednesday session before noon involves a fraction of the crowd and the kids actually have room to develop momentum instead of dodging other jumpers the whole time. Weekend afternoons in winter and on school holidays can hit capacity, and the park manages headcount by timed entry windows — sessions can sell out, so book online. Book the 90-minute session rather than the 60 for kids 4 and up; the first 15 to 20 minutes is typically spent getting comfortable, and 60 minutes goes fast once they hit stride. The foam pit is genuinely popular and generates a queue on busy days — get kids in early in the session before lines form. Non-jumping parents and caregivers get in free, which matters when one adult is watching a toddler in a carrier while the other spots older kids.

Planning
Open jump pricing at San Carlos runs approximately $19 for 60 minutes, $23 for 90 minutes, and $26 for 120 minutes per jumper. ROCKIN' Tots (6 and under, Monday through Friday 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.) is approximately $13 per child with one parent admitted free. Rockin' Jump socks are $3.99 and reusable. San Carlos hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Sunday; Concord hours are more limited on weekdays (typically 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, opening earlier on weekends) — check the specific location's website before visiting. Bring: water bottles (the jump floor is hot and dry), an extra layer for the lobby wait since the A/C can be aggressive, and outside food is not permitted. Birthday parties book 60 minutes of jump time plus 45 minutes in a private room and must be reserved in advance. This activity is best for ages 4 and up for the main floor; 3-year-olds can participate but need close supervision and tend to do better during Tots sessions. All ages benefit; this is not an activity where younger kids get left behind.
